When Andrew Sutter buried his brother, Tyler, he buried a few secrets along with him.  Typical of his abusive brother, Tyler refuses to stay dead and he comes back after Andrew.  Fighting Tyler for his very survival seems to have brought out some magic that Andrew never knew he possessed.  Now he sees  not only the world but also his lover with new eyes.  Devon Forsythe seems to be covering up a few secrets including his own.  Andrew must uncover his lover’s secrets as well as his own if they are to survive to love another day.

After Dark was previously published but was rewritten and expanded.  I did read the first book and find this one to be so much better, if that was possible.  The action is non-stop and has more than a few surprises to fascinate the reader.  Andrew and Devon each come from a past that affected their present.  That affect was sometimes not known by either one.  Their love allowed them to explore together and survive.  Without that, they may have been overwhelmed.  Great job by L.M. Prieto!  After Dark – an incredible tale by L.M. Prieto that will impress upon you how different the world is After Dark
