Dakota is known as Status Dramaticus in the EMS community he joined as a rookie.  But, really none of it is his fault.  The accident or two or three could happen to anyone while his rather loud breakup with his firefighter boyfriend at the scene of an accident was not his fault.  That exploding oxygen tank was just an innocent mistake.  His latest drama was witnessed by Charlie, a detective on Flint’s police department.  Charlie is not sure what he wants to do with Dakota.  On the one hand, he needs to learn to think but on the other hand, he is really desirable.  Then, when Dakota finds himself in real trouble, Charlie knows what he must do – but will the drama end there?

Stephani Hecht adds just the right touch of humor to her stories.  Dakota just wanted to make a new life for himself in Flint, but discord did seem to follow him.  He gives new meaning to Murphy’s Law.  Charlie’s MO was not to stay with one man and he was confused when he found himself wanting more from Dakota.  Two men meet under discordant circumstances and love follows that discord.  Pick up Status Dramaticus by Stephanie Hecht and hop on for an amazing ride.  You will not be sorry.
