When you open a door into the past, sometimes it’s scary to see where a person has been.   When your current partner is all about force play, then the past becomes a very big part of the present.  Matthew and Jane had a great relationship, but when Jane finally opens up to what makes her hot, Matthew finds himself going into a very dark past.  Not only does he enjoy being the attacker, unwanted memories are forced out to make Matthew discover what he truly is.

This book is all about ravishment play and the thoughts and feelings of both partners as they explore this darker side of scene play.   While it is consensual, the actual force scenes could cause some readers pause, but if you like this kind of story line, I highly recommend this book.   Safe words and limits are imposed through out the entire book.   This book is another short but not so sweet and spicy addition that should grace the shelves of your e-reader.  Not only are the sex scenes explicit in detail, the thoughts behind the act of force is brought to the forefront.  I applaud Ms. Jacks in the sensitive yet very sexy book she brought to the genre of ravishment fantasy.
