Review: Love My Way by Karen Booth

"Rocker Peter Barrett knew the second he saw a picture of beautiful photographer Katie that he wanted her."

Katie Stillman refuses to put herself out there again where men are concerned, after her fiancée dumped her two weeks before the wedding and with just a note explaining why. Taking no chances of getting burned again, she sticks to her policy of one night stands when she needs a higher level of intimacy.

Rocker Peter Barrett knew the second he saw a picture of beautiful photographer Katie that he wanted her.  Developing a friendship with the hopes of something more has proved challenging as Katie has yet to want to cross over the friends line with him, but one night of succumbing to both of their needs has Peter knowing he wants more, now he has to get Katie to realize he is worth taking a chance on.

You feel for Katie in this story, she is so worried about reliving the hurt she received when her ex-fiancee walked out she is scared by her feelings for Peter.  Peter is swoon worthy, he understands her reluctance and is more than willing to work through them as long as they talk them out.  Perfect story for the summer as you escape into a wonderfully written romance.
