Review: Casey’s Love Bite by Stephani Hecht
Caspian and Casey were opposites in so many ways – big and small, old and young, confident and skittish. By the end, those traits were more blended It was beautiful to watch Casey grow and gain confidence. Caspian was perfect with his patience and his determination Casey had been badly damaged by the scientists with their experiments. He was gradually finding himself through the love and care of the wolves of Stone Ridge. Then Caspian showed up and Casey was thrown in to a panic. He knew as did Caspian that they were fated to be together but he was not sure he could face that as yet. Caspian was not about to let his beloved slip through his fingers. He had not spend several centuries living with out learning a few things about patience. In Casey’s Love Bite, Book Nine, we are getting closer to the scientists and we learn a little more each time. Misunderstandings abound and a little communication would have been advised. But again we see love can conquer quite a bit. Just ask Casey and Caspian. Charlie Richards creates such amazing heroes for our reading pleasure. The wolves of Stone Ridge is an excellent series. Read one, read them all, you will not be sorry.
