Aidan Marshall is not like the others who work for the Power Up! gym.  He can read other’s thoughts and speak directly into their minds.  He knows this makes many uncomfortable and for that reason, he prefers to work alone and is quite good at what he does.  His latest job is to track down a stolen book.  Almost at recovery, his whole case is ruined by one pain in the rear, Gavin Caldwell.

Gavin just wants to prove himself.  He knows he is great with numbers but whatever he does in the field turns into a disaster.  Aidan considers him a pain and wants little to do with him, even though he cannot resist teasing him.

All that changes when there is no recourse but team up Aidan and Gavin to recover that book.  They are to attend a weekend party as lovers.  This is not just any party but one where anything goes.  As they begin their high-stakes operation, the two find they are learning more than they ever thought possible – about themselves, about love and about working together.

Both Aidan and Gavin had issues with who they are.  Aidan was sure no one could love him nor did he feel he was capable of love.  Being able to read thoughts could mean no privacy even though Aidan did not intrude under normal circumstances.  Gavin felt he was capable of more than just being the numbers guy.  He felt the need to prove himself in the field.  Finding themselves stuck together posing as lovers led to more than either thought possible.  Not only are they looking for a book, they are looking for themselves.

Flight of Fancy had a little bit of everything -  hot loving, fast-paced action, and more than a few twists to keep you on your toes. Marie Harte combines all that with a great plot and two well-developed sexy heroes, served up for our reading pleasure.  Flight of Fancy is part of the Power Up! Series and we do get to see some of the characters in the other earlier books.  Heat, action and internal conflict all add up to a powerful story by Marie Harte – Flight of Fancy.  You will not be able to stop yourself from falling in love with Aidan and Gavin.  Enjoy Flight of Fancy.
