Illicit Bargain is one of the spiciest novellas of the year.  The story has drama, danger and hot and sweaty sex.  The bite of the unknown and illicit makes this a hot and sensual read.  The paranormal aspect brings it all together to make it a complete all around treat for the senses.  Illicit Bargain is a dramatic thrill ride that is definitely worthy of multiple readings.

Celia is a witch and a thief.  When a socipath kidnaps her sick sister, she is willing to do anything to rescue her.  Her orders are to steal a topaz dagger from a shapeshifter and prior acquaintance, Evi.  When Celia is caught red handed, Evi makes a deal with Celia.  He offers her a chance to have the dagger if she is willing to spend the night with him.  Celia will have to submit to all of Evi’s desires in order to save her sister.

Lolita Lopez has definitely written a feast for the senses.  The drama and danger added to the spice and intrigue from page one of this story.  Illicit Bargain is an absolute masterpiece that has to be read by any and all paranormal romance fans.  I can not wait to read more from this fantastic author.
