Review: Love, Like Ghosts by Ally Blue

Adrian Broussard has spent much of his adolescence learning to control his powers. Now he is in college and studying physics with the desire to learn what he can about the dimensional gates his powers can open. As part of his work study program, he is helping out at a Halloween haunted house at Groome Castle. There he meets the ghost of Lyndon Groome, who disappeared on Halloween night in 1905. Adrian is sure the ghost wants something from him but cannot tell what it is he wants. Greg Woodhall is also at Groome Castle getting it ready for the Halloween show. When the two meet, sparks fly, literally but Adrian does not want to get involved. He is not into one night stands and even though Greg tests his hard won control, Adrian knows he would want more and does not want to get hurt. Adrian feels compelled to solve Lyndon’s mystery, something Greg would not understand as he does not believe in ghosts. Life and love have different ideas for these two as they cannot resist each other.

Adrian appeared in many of Ally Blue’s previous tales of the Bay City Paranormal Investigations. He has grown into a delightfully sexy young man. Greg ignites things in him that he is not sure he can handle, he is perfect for Greg in every way. The two just need to work things out. The mystery was excellently done, leaving us very satisfied with the ending. When Ally Blue picks up her pen, magic happens and we are rewarded with books such as Love, Like Ghost!
