Review: Dragon Kin: Reclaimed by Selena Illyria

Brenton Lisander has found his souler, his soul mate; she is the submissive he is training at his club.  But Brenton is afraid to let Sky Lilly know of his feelings, he’s especially afraid of how she will react once she realizes that he is a dragon shifter.

Sky has been training with Brenton for three months and trusts him implicitly.  But her feelings are hurt when Brenton loses control in a session and refuses to see her afterwards.  Will things end between them before they ever get started?

I enjoyed Reclaimed but there were times that I felt I was missing parts of the story.  There are two other books in the Dragon Kin series, so maybe the sense of completeness would occur if I read all of the stories.  In spite of that, I was charmed by both Sky and Brenton.  Although Brenton considered her a natural submissive, Sky was not afraid to let him know that she is only that way in the bedroom.  Brenton is a delicious Dom and I was struck by his insecurities concerning Sky.  I love how the author allowed each lover to be both strong and weak, and ultimately not be ashamed to show that weakness to the other.

Be the first to like.
