Ready and Willing is written in narrative form with Abby telling the story. The story takes you from Abby just wanting to have a child, to finding she is desiring the men she has hired to help her out, to ultimately finding one who she wants to share this gift with.

Abby is feeling her biological clock ticking she decides to get pregnant, but does not want to conceive in a sterile environment instead she finds Noah Aubrey and Rob Fellows who are willing to have sex with her until she conceives.
