One of the search terms that brought a visitor to my site recently was “dress like selena blake.” How marvelous that I’m a fashion icon! Who knew?

Since I’m obviously so fashionable (wink) that visitors are flocking, flocking I tell you, to my blog to find out more about how I do what I do and dress like I…dress, I thought I’d share a few tips.

I’m a professional. We all know this, yes? Good, I’m glad we’re agreed. As a professional, one must dress the part. So on any given day, I’m dressed to the nines. It just makes me feel ready to tackle the world. If you’re going to run an empire you want to look the part.

I like to stick with the classics. Black and white. Pencil skirts are so hot. I lurve them. Sorry, I’ve digressed into girlish gushing.

Where was I?

Oh. Yes. Professional attire.

Don’t forget to accessorize. A great handbag can make your outfit. So can great shoes. I don’t need to tell you that.

At night when I’m ready to party, I stick to a few basic rules. Cute, comfortable with sexy shoes. (And again with the great accessories!)
