Paranormal romances are all the rage and reading about sexy feline shifters is always a sensual experience.  A Prideful Mate brings both suspense and action into the mix of good old fashioned lust and sexuality.  The romance is scorching hot and the interaction between these two characters just fuels the imagination.  Love at first sight really can happen but it is with deeper understanding of who the other person is that a relationship can be built.  A Prideful Mate leaves you wanting more feline shifters and if we are really lucky some other shifters with passion and fire as well.

Kevin may be a gay werelion but he is also a father.  He knows that any man he ends up with will have to love his children.  When he finds his mate via an online dating service it seems like fate is smiling upon him.  Payce is a werejaguar with issues.  There are commitment issues that he can not seem to help, then there are the issues with the fact that Kevin is a dad.  The biggest issue however is that someone is out to kill him.  If Kevin and Payce want a chance at a mating together, they will have to figure out who wants him dead and why.  Sometimes falling in love is the easy part, staying together is the hard part.

Amber Kell is a magician with words.  She creates a world that draws in the reader and leaves them gasping for more.  Every twist and turn leaves you anticipating what comes next and while the story may bring one couple together it leaves openings for others to emerge.  This is the type of author who gathers fans in eager anticipation of what is to come.  I am eagerly waiting for the next book in this series and I can only hope it comes soon.
