Review: Forbidden Fruit by Jaide Fox
The publisher lists this July 2005 reissue as having “forced seduction†but I must respectfully disagree and call it for what it is – rape. Although no physical force was used, there was no consent (in fact a drug was used on Lilith, but I don’t know why it didn’t affect him) and this influenced me and my view on the story and the characters. So much so that I didn’t care if the curse was lifted, that Dominic felt guilty or even if Lilith forgave Dominic. Don’t be tempted by this Forbidden Fruit.

I totally agree with this review. It wasn’t forced seduction or seduction period. She was drugged and raped over and over again. I also didn’t care if his land dried up, I hoped he got punished for what he did,and he needed to be. He felt no guilt, he was a jerk from beginning to end and the heroine needed serious help. I don’t understand how she could forgive or even love this zero and ass of a hero.
