Review: Five Ways ‘Til Sunday by Delilah Devlin

"I really enjoyed the bucket list, you know Marti writes it thinking Jackson won’t be able to follow through, but she has underestimated a man in love."

Officer Jackson Teague wants Marti Kowalski as his bride, but every time he approaches the subject she hedges on the reason they can’t marry.  Marti feels that the blue hair, piercings, and tattoos are not wife material, even though her heart says Jackson is the one.  She finally relents telling Jackson she has a bucket list of a sexual nature that she needs to tackle before she is ready to take that trip to the altar.

Even though Jackson balks at the thought of another man touching his future wife, he has four fellow officers he trusts with his life to help him tackle each item on her list in one long weekend.  Marti is about to have the rug pulled out from under her, as each fantasy comes true and it is harder to find a reason not to marry Jackson who accepts her just as she is.

Delightfully quick read, you are so consumed in the story it is difficult to put it down. I really enjoyed the bucket list, you know Marti writes it thinking Jackson won’t be able to follow through, but she has underestimated a man in love.  Great way to kick up your feet for the weekend.
