Review: Some Kind of Hero by Michelle Cary
Derek has been overseas serving his country. When he comes home, his life is in ruins and his apartment is gone. Sitting in a diner, he meets sassy waitress Jordan. Jordan and Derek instantly connect, but Jordan has problems. After Jordan offers Derek a place to stay the sparks fly. If Derek wants a chance with Jordan, he will have to deal with her blackmailing boyfriend and her own insecurities. Sometimes the love of a good man is the only way we can break the bonds of our own prisons. Michelle Cary deserves five stars for this exquisitely written novel. The story has everything that makes a novel a multi read. As a reader and reviewer I find this to be a compelling story that I have already had the pleasure of reading multiple times. This is a highly recommended book that just can not be missed.
