Annabelle has two things she could not resist, the creamy chocolate confections she finds in “The Delights” shop and Zephyrus Raincloud the shop owner and creator of the alluring candy. Her passion for both keeps her coming to the shop to sate her chocolate cravings and feast her eyes on the handsome shop owner.

Annabelle and Zephyrus have feelings for each other but are afraid to act upon them because of their different backgrounds and their skin colors; that is until Zephyrus’s sister finds a way to get them together.

Chocolate made me do it is a refreshing book that you will want devour like chocolate. I enjoyed the way Zephyrus tempted Annabelle with his treats and Annabelle’s inability to refuse him. I also loved the way the secondary characters intervened to make this a delicious love story. This is a charming story you will enjoy like a treat but without the calories.
